Yes, it’s already that time again! Back to school or work or wherever it is you may be taking cover come Fall, it’s time to update your wardrobe with some warmer layers and all the new trends!
Taking a look at the runways this year, I’ve narrowed it down to the TOP 5 FALL FASHION TRENDS you’ll want to have in your closet come September. Chatting with me about these top trends are Tra’Renee of Afternoon Live and Tamron Hall of The Tamrom Hall Show. 1.PRINT FROM HEAD TO TOE:We are seeing SO MANY PRINTS from head to toe this season. From plaid and leopard to all kinds of florals, this is a statement trend you can have fun with! Shop my striped leopard sleeve tee before it’s sold out!
2. LEOPARD PRINT:This is always a fun print to mix in for Fall and Winter, but this year we are seeing it styled almost as a basic. Use a leopard print dress like this as you would a solid black dress and see how you can mix up your closet from there!
3: Plaid, plaid, plaid. We are seeing plaid prints in every color combo and size this season, so don’t be afraid to mix a smaller plaid print with a larger one. You can see that I’m wearing several prints in my first look for a street style vibe, while our model below is wearing a raffi shift dress (aka closet staple) layered with a rayon twill blazer for a casual work look.
4: FLORAL PRINTS: There are no rules when it comes to floral prints this Fall. Oversized and bold, or feminine and subtle, however you choose to wear them, there’s a floral print out there for any style.

5: Cowl neck 90’s Style: This trend has been seen everywhere from the red carpet to closet selfies this year. This 90’s neckline is making a major comeback this season, so be sure to stock up on a few updates!

Yes! I’m loving all of these picks. I’m a pretty low key dresser, but I do like adding pops of color here and there with leopard or plaid. So many good fall options!

Oh my gosh, the cowl neck is coming back? This isn’t something I had seen yet, and I’m kind of shocked. It’s a throwback for sure, but I guess I shouldn’t be shocked about that at all, considering so many other throwbacks are on trend right now. Love these looks you put together, girlfriend!
