One of the most overlooked accessories are prescription glasses. While they used to be a rare find in street style, they seem to be permeating the pages of fashion magazine and blogs this decade. I’ve partnered up with Visionworks to style together a staple Day-to-Night look with versatile prescription sunglasses and daytime frames, both in blue.
Remaining true to my winter style, I threw on my go-to staples (in black of course) for a clean, chic day look. My bag scarf is blue and cream, which play off the deep blue of these Bold Statement Sunnies by Bebe. They remind me of ski resorts and sunny winter days. A very classic shape that can flatter most face shapes, these frames will also prevent early signs of aging (whooohooo!) by shielding your eyes from sunny afternoons.
Come evening, when you want to let your hair down and slip into something a little sexier, this second pair by Guess are definitely a classic, fresh style that will blend into most wardrobes. These frames feel incredibly versatile and the subtle flecks of blue marble are subtle enough to style with nearly any other color.
I changed up my top and threw on a cozy jacket for a strong evening vibe. The frames add a smart touch to the entire look.
