Yesterday was the first official day of Fall. Can you believe it? With summer officially over I have to start thinking about layers, since Oregon is know for it’s long, rainy holiday months. Luckily I’ve teamed up with Metisu, a brand new website where you can shop beautiful pieces without sacrificing too much on quality or breaking the bank! Check out these 3 pieces I styled for a solid Fall revamp.
SHOP THIS LOOK:
1. The Essential Black A-Line: First off I found this stunning, Black A-line Dress with Butterfly Embroidery sleeves which covers all my LBD needs for street-style chic. Don’t you agree? I love the modern midi length and the utilitarian pocket details. I styled it to be a bit more flirty with pink details, but I think this dress makes a great foundation for a variety of looks.
2. The Statement Sleeve Stunner: This insanely gorgeous Red Balloon Sleeve Mini Dress was a no-brainer. Red AND statement sleeves? Please… who doesn’t need this in their closet? I adore the mod sillhouette and the attention to detail throughout the sleeve all the way to the little cuffs and buttons. This I styled fairly simply so that the dress could be fully appreciated.
3. The Little Black Dress with a Twist: Ruffles were seen everywhere on the runway from NYC to London Fashion Week. Paired with a fierce double buckle belt, I gave this Black Ruffled Cuff & Hem Shift Dress a bit of a flirty boho vibe.
Shop each of these dresses for under $70 to update your Fall wardrobe this year, or check out the entire collection for yourself at www.Metisu.com

I love the red dress look! I may need to recreate this one. Beautiful babe!
What sizes did you get? I want to order, but I’m concerned since overseassizes tend to run small.
They run like European sizes- similar to Topshop or high end brands. About a 1/2 size smaller than American department store brands 🙂 I ordered XS or “0” in everything 🙂
I ordered two dresses from this company for a wedding I was attending. I ordered them a month in advance. About a week after ordering, I got an email saying one of the dresses had been shipped. A week later, I still hadn’t received the first dress and also hadn’t been notified about the shipment of the second dress. I contacted them, and they responded saying the second dress was out of stock. I should have gotten a notification about that immediately. They did allow me to cancel the order and assured me the other dress would arrive in time for the wedding I was attending. It didn’t. It arrived two days past the wedding. I no longer needed the dress, so I went about returning it. On the website, it says you can return items for a full refund (but you have to pay shipping–fine). When I emailed them to ask their return shipping address (it’s mysteriously left off the website), I received the following message:
“We apologize for the inconvenience and are sorry to hear this. Is it possible if you resell it or send it to other people? As you know, if you return it, we are afraid that you will need to bear the postage to send it back. The postage is not that cheap. Therefore, it is not cost-effective. How about we give you a 15% off discount code on your future orders if you keep the item?”
Um, no. That is ridiculous. You should state that on your website. And NO–15% off will NOT make up for it. Especially since I’ll NEVER order from this company again.
That’s seriously terrible! I’m so sorry. I haven’t had personal experience with orders outside my partnership with them. I wouldn’t order if that were my experience either 🙁
